Return Policy
We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
All items must be in their original condition with their original packaging, instruction manuals, warranties, and tags. All scrubs and garment items must have tags still attached.
- We will not accept returns on garments that have been worn, stained, damaged, or laundered.
- We will not accept returns on clearance or final sale items.
- We will not accept returns on items outside of 30 days from purchase date.
- Support and fashion hosiery may not be returned except in the case of a manufacturer’s defect.
- Any original shipping charges are not refundable.
- We reserve the right to deny your return or exchange.
Refunds
If you would like to return an item, please email us at info@allmedplus.com for a free return shipping label. Include your name, order number, and items you would like to return. We process all returns on the same or next business day after receipt of merchandise. After your return is processed, please allow an additional 2-3 days for your financial institution to issue your credit. Original shipping/processing charges are not refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange for a different item or size, please email us at info@allmedplus.com for a free return shipping label. Include your name, order number, and details on what you would like to exchange.
Defective Items
On the rare occasion of a defective item, please contact us for support. For repair, maintenance, and warranty service that is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
