Most Frequently Asked Questions & Answers
To review your account information, click on “My Account” in the main menu. Enter your email address and password.
Placing an order on the website is fast and simple.
Add at least one item to your shopping cart from any of our brands then go to your shopping cart (Click on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of screen).
During the checkout, enter your email address, shipping/billing address, select your shipping options, and select your payment information. Preview your order and click the “Place Order” button.
After you place your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
Just call our store at 256-320-5745 to speak with one of our sales associates to help place the right order for you.
Once you enter your cart and are ready to checkout, there will be a box on the left hand side that will allow you to put a code in to receive a discount. Just enter the code into the box and click “Apply”, and the discount will be applied to your order.
Although exclusions can vary by off, here is a list bases on promo or coupon type:
Free shipping offers apply to the 50 US states for standard shipping only.
The following manufacturers may impose restrictions on retailers that prevent us from using a coupon on some of
their products: Barco, Carhartt, Cherokee, Dickies, Healing Hands, Koi, 3M-Littmann, Skechers.
Buy One, Get One offers apply to the same item.
Free gifts with purchases are limited to quantities available while supplies last.
Only one coupon code can be applied per order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes an order and tracking number. You can track your order from your email or log into your account and visit “Order History” to view your tracking number from there as well.
You will need to log in and visit My Account to view your previous orders.
Log into your account and visit your order history to find the order and there will be an option to return the item from there.

If you have ordered multiple items, in-stock items will be shipped immediately via your requested method so as not to delay your entire order.
Payment for any backordered items will be charged upon delivery. You will not be billed any additional shipping.
